حذف الحساب والبيانات

⚠️ تحذير مهم: حذف الحساب عملية نهائية ولا يمكن التراجع عنها. سيتم حذف جميع بياناتك بشكل دائم.
كيفية طلب حذف الحساب
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق (قريباً)
- افتح تطبيق جيبليا
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات / الحساب
- اضغط على "حذف الحساب"
- أكّد الحذف
الطريقة 2: عبر البريد الإلكتروني
- أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى: support@jiblia-khemissat.ma
- الموضوع: "طلب حذف الحساب"
- اذكر في الرسالة:
- رقم الهاتف المسجل في التطبيق
- الاسم المستخدم في التطبيق
- سبب الحذف (اختياري)
ما الذي سيتم حذفه؟
- ✅ المعلومات الشخصية: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان
- ✅ سجل الطلبات: جميع الطلبات السابقة
- ✅ الرسائل الصوتية: جميع الرسائل المرفقة بالطلبات
- ✅ بيانات الموقع: السجل الجغرافي (للموصلين)
- ✅ المحفظة والمعاملات: سجل المدفوعات والتسويات (للموصلين)
- ✅ الإشعارات: جميع الإشعارات المحفوظة
ما الذي سيتم الاحتفاظ به؟
- 📋 البيانات المحاسبية: قد نحتفظ ببيانات الفواتير والمعاملات المالية لمدة سنة واحدة للامتثال القانوني والضريبي
- 📋 السجلات الأمنية: سجلات تسجيل الدخول والأنشطة المشبوهة لمدة 90 يوماً لأغراض أمنية
المدة الزمنية للحذف
سيتم حذف حسابك وبياناتك خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الطلب. ستتلقى تأكيداً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية عند اكتمال العملية.

How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1: From the App (Coming Soon)
- Open Jiblia app
- Go to Settings / Account
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Method 2: Via Email
- Send an email to: support@jiblia-khemissat.ma
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include in your message:
- Your registered phone number
- Your name in the app
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Will Be Deleted?
- ✅ Personal Information: Name, phone number, address
- ✅ Order History: All past orders
- ✅ Voice Messages: All messages attached to orders
- ✅ Location Data: Geographic history (for couriers)
- ✅ Wallet & Transactions: Payment and settlement history (for couriers)
- ✅ Notifications: All saved notifications
What Will Be Retained?
- 📋 Accounting Data: We may retain invoice and financial transaction data for 1 year for legal and tax compliance
- 📋 Security Logs: Login and suspicious activity logs for 90 days for security purposes
Deletion Timeline
Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of your request. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS when the process is complete.
